What race are you and your gf?She's Hmong and I'm Puerto Rican. The problem is her parents are old tradition imbeciles who
are either completely oblivious to their own stupidity and selfishness, or they didn't get the
memo that they live in America now, and it's 2010. (or about to be) Either way they fail as parents.
And on a sidenote the Hmong culture fails as well, juss thought I'd throw that out there since
I'm already ranting like a maniac.
So hate her family, disapproves of their culture, and think they're stupid/selfish and wonders why her father doesn't like you. Asians are very racially aware and the possibility that their grandchildren and their children etc will never be Hmong again will probably not be well liked by them. You didn't even go in depth on what they did to you that made you hate them and being angry like this definitely doesn't help.
