I'm using my PSP-1000 that I have had since launch. These last couple of weeks had me struggling with the idea of maybe upgrading to the Go. But after musch consideration, I have a new appreciation for my 1000. It's unbelievably strong and well manufactured. It looks as good as the day I bought it, and it's in perfect condition. The screen is crisp...not a single dead pixel. Aside from one very minor spot of dust under the outer case, I love how well built the 1000 is. Even the UMD drive is nicer then the other versions. So until this machine dies on me (it doesn't look like that will happen any time soon), I'm going to enjoy ever hour of fun it provides me (and at nearly 5 years old, that's been thousands of hours so far). BUT...if it does die, I'm getting a Go, no questions asked. Unless, of course, it doesn't die until the PSP2 is out. I believe the PSP-1000 is the best version of the PSP to date.

L4D = moments of brilliance in a world of mediocrity.

The AI director is epic fail, and bot intelligence is about as smart as .... a cockroach.

If you can get all your friends together on one team and vs a decent opposing team, then yes it can be fun.

Unfortunately pub stomping in L4D is an exercise in sheer frustration and enjoying noob stupidity.

Compared to most game releases in recent times, other than Bioshock - Mass Effect is quite a good game.

Of course I think ME2 will be much better as improvements are made.

Sadly .... single.

But always looking for a good opportunity.

L4D is craptacular and seem to attract the worse juvenile noobs in the world.

The best you can do is wait for L4D2.... maybe in the off chance that it turns out as an okay game.

Yeah great game - lots of minigames to unlock and keep you occupied on public transport.

So you don't play games ?
