@tosvus: This is the problem with younger gamers... If there's not a Michael Bay amount of explosions and guns then there's no game worth playing to them. It's as if they aren't willing to step out of their comfort zone and actually try something new. I feel that the FarCry series was always meant to be pre-historic because you literally roam an open-world wilderness with various arbitrary tasks to complete. This just makes more sense.
Awesome! Absolutely awesome! I hope that Ubisoft will emphasize survival as Keitha313 said. I want this to be a genuinely difficult, but rewarding, and do-able experience. I hear there will be a crafting system for weapons, but what about shelters? What about gathering essential supplies? Fishing, agriculture... I mean give me a hardcore mode where if you don't eat, and drink, and rest, and build fire and shelter it becomes a strenuous task to survive... The potential for this game is exponential. Don't mess this up Ubisoft...
