A turned over coffee table won't provide bulletproof cover to most military grade weapons.As long as everything doesn't turn into Lord Beckett's ship if you shot 1 round into it.
I'd rather see "smart" environments like being able to shoot through doors and walls depending on the weapon being used, like Mass Effect 3 MP. A turned-over coffee table repurposed as cover shouldn't be a bullet-shield for sniper rounds.
