Either you screwed up the RAM installation or you screwed up the RAM installation.
I believe the MCP temp is the fan on your motherboard. I wouldn't actually recommend putting a fan next to your side panel because most of the time, you'll just be blowing back the hot air. If you want that fan method to work, you'll need to take off your side panel and just aim an actual fan into your computer. That's what I did for a good 5 months until I got a proper cooling system =P
The problem could be related to you not having enough cooling power for your computer. I'd suggest finding a video card fan add-on if your video card doesn't already have a fan on it.
And, as Pirvate Adam already said. Clean the dust from your system. It acts like a blanket, insulating the cool air.
I disagree. I'm trying my hardest not to be negative, but you honestly sound as if you aren't actually knowledgeable in the field of graphic's hardware development and production. One of those people who prefer graphics above all else and don't really think too much about the other aspects of the game. Anyway. I'm not here to flame. So here's why I disagree:
Creating new graphical capabilities such as Dynamic Lighting or whatnot is not as simple as just having them come out with next years lineup of graphics cards.
To create these new technical aspects, hardware developers must program the visual rendering capabilities, make sure that hardware will be able to run these graphical enhancements properly etc. Whereas creating the next model of graphics cards is more along the lines of power/speed/resource handling enhancement over innovative specs.
Also. Even if the technology were out there. It would be useless unless a game developer adds those graphical capabilities into their games. A lot of high-anticipated games are already into development currently and you can't just add major graphical techinicalities to your program that quickly. It would set back production of the game for a few months at least. At that equals a loss of money.
Finally. It's not economically feasible to create a major graphical upgrade right now, because many people have just gotten new rigs over this past year. To make them have to upgrade again would be at the consumer's inconvenience and many people (casual gamers) would most likely just stick with their rig and play without the new graphical additions. So it would be a financially poor decision on the part of the graphical developer. This is why you don't see new graphical advancements shooting out with every game.
