Drive to Banff in Alberta, Canada. Or if you live too far away, fly to Calgary and drive from there. Beautiful place this time of year (all year really).
It really depends on the rest of your system as well. How many fans you have, CPU, optical drives, hard drives etc. You can't just base it on your video card or else you'll have extra watts which is a waste of money or underpowered computer.
I don't like Blane. As Chris so eliquently put it (paraphrased):
