Hey ya'll! Remember me? :P

It's been MONTHS since I last blogged. I check in from time to time for my queue, but even that is still slacking off. I'm surprised the mods haven't taken my editorships away from me by now. They're still all there. That's something.

So much has happened since I last blogged. I'll just give you the shortest versions: the neurosurgeon & I got real serious and are practically living together. In 2 weeks time myself, 3 of my closest (and gayest friends) will be travelling to Europe to see Madonna's European tour for Sticky & Sweet. We managed to get floor/by-stage tickets for her shows in Paris, Milan & Udine. I can't wait! We're going to London for 2 days before the concerts, and after the concerts I'll be meeting neurosurgeon in Thailand for a little week in tropical paradise. In October I'm going to Malaysia again with my cousin, and recently I'd been promoted twice. I supervise other social workers at our hospital now. It's stressful as sh!t but the money is awesome, I won't deny.

So that's what is new. FYI, I'm on Twitter now too. If you have it, add me! My updates are protected, so if you add me you need to tell me in the comments your username and the such so I know it's you I am adding and not some random weirdo.

That's right! My friend Owen, neurosurgeon and I are going into the Australian Outback for a few days tomorrow. We'll mainly be situated around the Darwin area in places like Katherine and Tennant Creek. It'll be a blast... hopefully. Very, very, very, very hot. I'll hopefully still have net access to make the time pass quicker.

I have been watching the election for hours and hours and am beyond excited by the result! Already the markets are going up. I do not kid you. This is going to special, amazing, wonderful, great, fantastic... you get what I am saying.

Where to start? This is maybe the longest period of time I haven't blogged in. :o

Let's do a role call-- who is still here? Who has left the site because of the sh!tty new layout? Please say present if your still here. :D

Not much has been happening, working as usual. Boring. Pfft.

My friend and I are trying to get tickets to the Hopman Cup which go on sale, 9am Monday. For those not familiar with the Hopman cup, its a tennis tournament which takes place in Western Australia. There is usually two representatives from each country, one female the other male. My friend and I are trying to get tickets to see the Australia vs USA matches which will see Serena Williams play versing a female aussie, and Lleyton Hewitt versing James Blake. Apparently tickes are reasonably easy to get your hands on so we're really looking forward to it!

On the 14th of December we're going to Sydney to see Kylie Minogue's renowned KYLIEX2008 tour. It will be her first show in Australia for that tour so it will prove to be a great night!

Then on the 3rd of January we're seeing Delta Goodrem play in Perth. Woo-hoo!

It's going to be a big Summer for us and for super-excited. :)

Hey guys!

I've noticed that not many people are blogging these days, probably because the amount of bugs and new layout of TV.com. I'm blogging from MovieTome right now, it's exactly the same layout as the old TV.com with a few minor changes.

I've had a busy few weeks. I returned from holiday, started a new job, celebrated my birthday and turned 25, and worked exhausting 11 hour days. Apart from that not much is new... :o

I had the most PERFECT Birthday. It might be the best one I've had yet. First I was taken out to dinner, then to a club owned by one of our dearest friends (he is WA's answer to Jay-Z IMO). To my honest surprise the whole club was filled with my nearest and dearest (minus the parents) for a surprise party organised by my friend Owen! And the biggest surprise of them all? Libby and the brother in-law were there! They're making a detour before they were headed to Bali for their 12th anniversary. That was so nice. We all partied into the wee hours of the morning, and we literally owned the night. It was such a fun night/morning.

So I just thought I would share some ER icons I have been working on lately. I would love some Feedback before I post them to Livejournal.

So, I've heard some interesting stories/theories about tomorrow (the 25th). My friend says tomorrow is supposedly the end of the world. I don't know where she heard this, but I've had emails piling up saying the same thing plus, it's the talk of the hotel guests. I don't believe it, honestly, but if tomorrow was the end of the world, I would like to be at home thank you. :roll: How many of these days have we had this year? It's all Global Warming. People are getting so paranoid. But what is so special about the 25th of September, 2008? I can only wonder. If anyone has any theories throw 'em this way.

We're having a great time on holiday. We've moved on from Thailand to Singapore. It rained yesterday, but it didn't today, however still very cloudy. I have to tell you though, it's still very warm, and humid. I love humidity! I've heard that it's great back at home, weather wise, and that they too have had a humid day today. How lovely.

The BFF and I are officially addicted to Hannah Montana. Back in Koh Samui, the Disney Channel was one of two predominantly English speaking channels, the other being BBC World which, I happen to have back at home. The BBC channel bored us after like 2 days and the TV was permanently set to the Disney Channel as a result of that. HM is on nearly everyday, and we loved it! It's gotta be the funniest Disney show out there. Oh and guess what? There's a Disney Channel at our Singapore hotel too! Phew! :lol: Is there something wrong when two women, aged 24 and 25 are hopelessly addicted to a show targeted at young children? I believe we're calling it nostalgia, remembering our love of being young children, once upon a time.

We return home on Friday sadly, but I'm looking forward to getting back into the old routine, and beginning the new job.
