How will this even work as a legacy console in the future like 10y from now?

So basically i found my old ps3 HDD (40gb) and decided to put it in my rig.
Is there anyway i can use it to speed up my main HDD (1TB) or as some sort of cache ?
Try MX-4.Setup i500k 4.10 ghz 212+ EVO with push/pul dual fan configuration, artic silver thermal, 2 200 mmfans and a 120 mm for exhaust at the back of the Coolermaster xm case. With all this airflow going and exiting the PC my idle numbers consistently stay at mid to high 40's and in prime shoot up to 70's. whats the problem????

This^ Toms hardware review is really surprising because it has very different results. Gonna have to wait for a few more reviews before deciding if the 660Ti is worth it at all.According to Techpowerup reviews , the performance summary of the GTX 660 ti beats HD 7870 and even the HD 7950.

Like someone already posted, the GTX560 doesnt handle BF3 that good with at that resolution. its just not enough.
Its also true that you need to atleast double your ram, and the cpu is barely hanging in there.
The thing is, the FX prosessors are way too expensive. I went from a 965 BE to i5 3570k because the FX was almost as expensive as the intel one and at the same level as my old phenom II . Noticeable difference in BF3 with the new cpu and couldent be happier. As long as the under performing AMD C.P.U.'s are low budget, They can compete with Intel in the desktop market and AMD does have a good amount of the laptop C.P.U. business.

EDIT: Im hoping that AMD would do something amazing, but for me its now too late. Its gonna be a while before im going back.
TC, you are are a complete gilipollas. The reason it got a 8.5 was because of the DRM and server problems at launch giving making Diablo 3 unplayable for long periods of time. Miroku32Im against always online drm, but this is no singleplayer game, and if it was an offline game people would just hack and create OP items. Being online is great for playing/chatting with my friends and the integrity. Sure, server problems are an issue, but i havent had any huge issues. I agree with TC. GS should complete the games they review, the sidequests change in the difficulty settings.
Me and my friends had pink screens and drivers crashing. there are multiple complaints about similar issues(mostly 560 and the ti) on nvidias forums. I updated to the beta drivers and it seemed to fix the problem(s)Anyone know if Nvidia is resolving the 296.10 problem soon? Before it was just youtube, now it's crashing more often but restoring on itself when not on youtube though. Also get these messages if I wanna change the colours to windows-basic. Anyone else but GTX 560 users experiencing this issue?

Hi,
Ive built my own rig and im thinking about giving my dad a slight upgrade from his old crappy EeePC.(winxp)
Here is the hardware that ive had in mind:
Mobo: ASrock E350m1 Mini ITX AMD fusion E-350 with radeon HD 6310
Case: Compucase mini-itx with 120w PSU
optical: Sammy slim drive
Memory: Kingston valueram ddr3 4gb
HDD: Not a clue yet because prices are still high over here. But the case seems to have room for a 3.5"
Price is about 200euros without the HDD.
Will be used for web browsing, skype, youtube HD videos, and a bit of music composing, amateur stuff.
Opinions, upgrades, changes?
Thanks.
