I felt the same way. Especially if u played mgs1,2 and 3 the game affects u emotionally untill the end, because mgs4 is connected to all mgs series. The game is full of emotions. Simply THE BEST!!!

Man, this should be kept in the value box of mankind. It deservers some oscars. I love the game.

I agree MGS4 was a better game than GTA4,, but in terms of size, replay value and things to do, GTA4 owns MGS4 across the board

not even close. MGS4 owns GTAIV in every aspect, replay value included. I have replayed MGS4 14 times when I couldn't bear replaying GTAIV a second time. In the end, it's a matter of taste in games like someone said above. And I'm not a fanboy.

MGS was for the fans, i agree, that`s also it`s biggest weakness. You gotta absolutely love that story to sit through all the boring cutscenes, not to mention 14 times?!? I have nothing in common with this gamer.

It`s the same as listening to one of the Lord of the ring fans camping outside the cinema, trying to tell them that the series was pretty bad when it comes to dramaturgy. Pont is, discussing with superfanboys like that is pretty uninteresting.
