He's sort of right. All of these things are happening because the state government hasn't approved a budget, and until that happens no one gets money. I know the IOUs have been sent, but I'm not sure if the other things are true. Bottom line: Our government needs hurry up and stop being ideological pansies.

First, you said a few things, which usually denotes more than 3. Second, you used "and the last thing" when it was only your second, it could have been said 100 different ways, each of which would be better.
