I'm not too sure about LOTRO but EQ2 is interesting

there are certain monsters that look recycled, like goblins, but thats because they're all goblins, but then the later levels there gets to be tons of different places and different mobs to kill

from what I understand you are trying to say that all the monsters are the same, its gonna be like that in every game, but EQ2 is huge, and so you have a wider variety of monsters

from what i see, you know little-to-nothing about MMORPGS

heres a little explanation:

1.)There is no end to them. You can play forever.

2.)(with the exception of GW, which some people argue as not an MMO) You have to buy time to play the game. If you buy a 6 month card, you can play as much as you want in that 6 months, or you can play as little as you want, but you still have to pay for it.

3.)MMORPGS can be either incredibly boring or incredibly fun. I would have tried a free MMO before I would buy something like WoW because you dont even know if you like the type of game

4.)WoW/EQ2/Vanguard/in general MOST MMORPGS are huge timesinks, and if you plan on being good/decent, you are gonna have to devote a lot of time to the game

hope that helps

OK so iv known about world of war craft like forever and never tyred it out. all i heard about the game was how amazing it was, that kids left school to play it and all that for years and then still never got round to playing it. then my friend john got it and said how amazing it was. then it kept coming up on the news.... so anyway it budged me as a huge gaming fan! why are there 20 million people playing this game? it has to be good! so i tyred it, signed up and got going. the first thing i liked was the good character customization was but after 3 days i found that was it. this game is the most frustrating games the is! all people were doing were running around kill wolfs and dancing. no one wanted to help and were rude and every time i went off road i was constantly attacked by the repetitive AI. then i got fed up with trying to raise my ex points. kill wolf kill wolf kill wolf and so on till my eyes died of sheer Boredom. and people at level 50 must have no life at all! so after trying that i then gave the game another chance and took up a trade. couldn't do that cos i was always killed by hogs. HOGS FOR GOD SAKE! I AM A F***ING KNIGHT WITH ARMOR AND A PIG KILLS ME!!!! so i gave it one last chance and tyred a quest thinking that this was going to be grate! a quest as a knight! cool! but it wasn't...

i could not even ride a house cos i needed to kill more pigs and f***ing dogs so i walked it. my quest was to find a man in a city and tell him something and i would get a large reward. so after 3 hrs of being killed by pigs and finding my dead body i finally found my man! and was looking forward to my reward! he than offered me a pumpkin or a melted candle.............a melted candle! i cant even use it cos its melted! thats when i put my head through the screen and took a vow never play warcraft ever again!

i take it you dont play many MMORPGS? i suggest you go back to your FPSs where you'respoon-fed everything you need to be successful

edit: spelling mistake

one time i was fed sugar free gummy beans, and when i eat sugar free things i get massive diarrhea, and i sat on the toilet for 6 hours, and the worst part about that was i didn't bring my GB/GBA on that trip >_> so i pretty much just sat there and listened to the TV, i probably flushed 10-15 times that day...

ever since then I always make sure my DS is really close just in case something like that happens again...

since everything is relative, what are we comparing this to?

compared to other zelda games; 8 or 9, compared to rpgs 9 or 10

Nintendo has no reason to stop making systems, DSs(Dsi? DSs? idk) and Wiis (why that name Nintendo? SERIOUSLY! >_>) are still really rare where i live, and the closer it gets to holidays the harder it gets to buy them, face it. Nintendo figured the market out.

@Boba, it would make sense, but diablo isnt a nintendo thing, and im pretty sure blizzard could care less about diablo now a days (sadly, as i wish it came out for the DS as well)

if Ragnarok came out in English and wasnt p2p it would be AWESOME!

but i want ninja gaiden ds, or zelda (6 more days!)
