Definitely no. The light stages are decent, but still not enough to make up for the terrible night stages and the unresponsive controls.

I preferred Daxter.

I've only played Sonic and Forza from what you mentioned. Forza is good, but definitely not the fastest. Sonic is fast (on the daytime levels at least) but that game is pretty mediocre imo. Burnout Paradise seems pretty fast.

You get some cool gear like the Metal Blaster and an achievement so yes. I just used IGN's walkthrough for it which made it quite easy.

rare did some really good things fornintendo (conker bad fur day FTW) but for microsoft the only succesful thing they've done its Viva Piñata

360 games are unplayable on sdtv. Get a hdtv.

Well if you actually got the games to enjoy them and not just for GS it's fine imo, but if you rented or bought a game just for gamerscore (like one of my friends does) it seems like a waste.
