No, just criminals in our own country. I don't advocate innocent people into slavery.

I was thinking what would be a good method of punishment to criminals besides the death penalty and prison. I believe that all major criminals convicted of such acts as: murder, rape, paedophilia, kidnapping should be made slaves and sold in an auction. Our economy would do remarkably well as a result of this.
