I can't help with you problem fully but I can help with your UPnP problem.
1. In you internet browser type the ip address of you router in your case 192.168.1.1 you will then be promted for a username then password type these in.
2. go to advance settings the click UPnP there you should find enable UPnP tick the box then click apply settings.
3. Go in your PS3 and enable UPnP the PS3 might say its still unavailable but click enable anyway.
Now you have UPnP enabled having this enabled may help your problem.
