@UniversalSigh: Well said. And I don't think the story is as bad as the review purports. Also, I think that it's an uptick for me to play a game with my daughter where morals and self-struggle are painted in a positive light. Even Tales games that have more tragic endings, including Xillia 2, still portray characters who are willing to sacrifice much in order to provide a better world for others.
"Speaking of the exploration, Zestiria boldly foregoes the series’ overworld area in favor of portraying the hero (i.e., the party) proportional to his surroundings." And Xillia 1 & 2 didn't??
@fragsnipa: I find this a curious comment considering that this iteration of Battlefront is little different from the Battlefronts of yesteryear...except better looking, better sounding, more unlockables....hmmm.
Okey dokey..."Repetitive combat"...why don't we see that same criticism on COD multiplayer titles? Granted, the level of customization is higher...but apart from that???
@StonerDemon: No kidding. I liked Greg and Colin, but losing both of them hurt that site quite a bit. I'm not crazy about the other reviewers on IGN these days.
@origamibomber: Agreed. That, and her credibility comes into question because a Persona plays an instrument by way of celebration if you do well at the end of a level. "...my suspension of disbelief was finally shattered." Really? Jumping into a TV and talking to a hollow bear was doing ok for you on your acid trip there Heidi? That is some gooooooood stuff you're getting from your dealer.
