hes talking about being able to use any simcard with it, if its locked you are stuck with the provider the SIM is locked to. so anyone that imported a 3G Japanese Vita is pretty much screwed. hey i just heard about turbo sim,and that it can unlock Us 3g bita. i dont knw much about it,so can you tell me someting about turbo sim
