Hi everyone, I was wondering what you guys think of this system I'm thinking of buying.

- AMD Phenom II X2 555 Dual Core (3.2Ghz) Black edition

- AMD 770 Chipset

- 4GB Kit DDR3 -1333Mhz Dual Channel (2x2GB)

- Hitachi 500GB SATA II, 7200RPM

- ATIHD5870

- 550watt 'Quiet' PSU

The whole system comes to $1414AUD. I was wondering if this system would cut it as a gaming pc for the next 2 years. Do u guys think this thing can run Crysis at 'very high' settings without AA or AF? I'm using Crysis as a benchmark, because if this system can handle it, it would most probably handle other modern games.

yeah, i was looking at building a completely new rig.

yeah, i was considering that also. the 5850 has got pretty decent performance on crysis at high settings.

Hi everyone, I was just wondering which was better, both for price and performance. An Amazetech HD 5870 (stock) for $516.45AUD or the Palit GTX 260+ (OC'd) in SLI for 219.95AUD each.

Killzone 1 was ****. The second was awesome with the cover system and all...

(In myopinion)the single player campaignis so crap!! Dull atmosphere, boring gunplay and dodgy enemies...Need i say more?

Both Resistence games were depressing...it was shameful for a next-gen series
