personally i believe most of gamespot reviewers should be fired,cause they don't know **** about what a good game is and mostly go with the hype.however trying to control in this way the revewiers is even worse(althouth this has been happening for some time now).

does jeff fall in a different category than the above mentioned reviewers?

Hmm I would suppose your right...but then I enjoy Dirty Harry for being a brainless action flick...and that's what I get :)

this guy thinks that all the good qualities of the dirty harry series suck, no wonder he doesn't like it.Dirty Harry acts this way cause he's badass.There is nudity cause there is nudity in real life,and cause its a dirty harry movie.There isn't much more to say,you either like it or you don't(however most peole like it:))

EA didn't buy Bioware,just the rights to many bioware games.It would be a nightmare if a company that only knows how to make the same football-hockey-some-other-sportgame over and over again would buy such a great productive company with original ideas as Bioware.

Actually, the only solution that will certainly work is to create a second partition on your hard disk and install a previous edition of Windows on it, preferably Windows XP. That way, you can play the new games on Vista and the old on Xp,the only problem being you have to restart everytime you want to switch. Also, it would be good if you had a large HDD

Two worlds is a relatively original RPG. You can tell the guys who made it really put themselves in it. It simply should have been released later,because the programmers didn't have time to perfect it. This is a common mistake for many games,especially rpg's(for example gothic 3)

Oblivion ,on the other hand, is a first person hack and slash. It comes in a nice package (graphics, few bugs, "finished product" feeling)but that's all there is to it.

I certaintly don't want rpg game developers working in the direction of oblivion. Two Worlds is a much better starting place for the future of rpgs.

oblivon wasn't an rpg and the same goes for fallout probably,as most of you have already noted.Inde developers are our only hope nowadays

the only good thing with the increase in multi platform games is that we get some really fun games like DMC.but there is a price

if you are looking for a good rpg,don't play oblivion.it is a fisrt person hack and slash with tons of shallow content.in rpg's you are supposed to make choices that matter...in oblivion your main choice is "to kill someone and be sorry about it" or "kill someone".Moreover, whatever you do won't have a big impact in the world around you or on the story.

if you want a game with nice graphics and a lot of mind numbing pointless stuff to do,take it.
