I agree. 3rd party companies have been lazy with their games. 2009 should be good for games because of the motion plus.

I'm not sure with zelda that motion plus would be such a good idea. For Link to get a full powerful swipe, you would have to make a full powerful swipe in your own living-room. I'm not sure I'd be up to playing for long periods of time for that reason (on Zelda game). But that's just my appinion. :P

Well leaving your Wii on for that long is never a good thing. I'm thinking that leaving it on did make it so discs were unreadable. So my answer to your question is; no it's definately NOT safe.
