ya i dont get the problem. when i was a kid my favorite tv show was DBZ...i like it a lot and everyone knew this. friends would give me their burger king toys when that was a thing. as an adult i still wear my dbz t shirts and it helps me meet other fans. as an adult if i had a dbz poster on the wall or box set under the tv i would think its a great test for a gf or bf. i dont need to be with someone that shares the same exact interests but i want to be with someone who wont degrade or judge someone for theirs

mixing dark and humor is an breath of fresh air with all the games lately. i would have liked to see more humor in games like dishonored
the vita is in trouble because so many people can just hook up controllers to their phones and tablets. thats what i think at least. why else is the vita failing? Im curious. I'm also interested to see what the vita can do to survive because i love hand held games and most phones alone, dont deliver enough good gaming content.
when you say you want a game not filled with females...you mean not focused on a sexual gimmick right? because a fighting game should involve both sexes if your going for realism
the frustration your talking about is that repetitive anger, in skate for example, your trying to do the same move over and over many times getting very close, when you finally do it right theres no real joy because you were so very close many times that you think...great finally, i almost did it right an hour ago so i dont feel good about this, just as you said, happy to move on to something new. This is why I never played skate a long time, just enjoyed it for a week or so because of the levels and music.
I enjoy games like the Fallout series and Skyrim type games because ok, I'm on a "level" like a dungeon or something, and I die...shoot, lets try it again...the next play through could be completely different than the first, its a whole new battle, new strategy, new random factors that make failure and success an integral part of the games experience. Also i sickly get pleasure from collecting things in the games whether it be new gear, a new house to store them in and things of this manner.
I look at some games like I look at food. Some foods you only enjoy them while your eating them then after you stare at your gut and empty wallet and go...well that wasnt worth it but ill probably do it again next friday night as well. some games you wish you could get the time back. But some games like Skyrim, you think about it like a holiday feast, man that gravy was good. You get joy from it even after the actual act. Its these games I strive to involve myself in. I still quote Mr. New Vegas in daily life and it brings me joy in the form of humor. Its a difficult subject to talk about because I honestly havent given it to much thought until I read your post but its a really interesting concept. When is a video game giving you more negative feelings than happy ones...which is usually the point of getting the game in the first place. thanks for sharing your ideas and I hope to read more peoples thoughts on the matter.
I want FFIX to be remastered. yes X is my favorite but IX is my second favorite and i want to see it carried into the new systems.
