aw man this sucks,

i got my xbox replaced by M$ becaues of rrod. and now i am moving so i am with out internet on my xobx for a few days,

but before i moved i recovred my gamer tag and played a few games, and now that i have no internet, i cant use my halo maps. gears maps or most of my arcade games.. wtf? do i have to re buy or what... i specificly asked customer service if i would have to re buy my DLC and they said no, just plop in your hard drive and all is fine.

and yes, i am signed in on my gamer tag.

I think it would be possible with extream modding, but by the time you get the drive open and start to rip out its innerts, you will think, damn this is pointless...

and no, no 3rd partys will be making xbox hdd's, atlease not legitly.

my elete ( that rrod'ed last month) never ever got even slightly warm, and i played for about 1 hour when i got the rrod, i felt it as soon as i got it, not even slightly warm.

the 360's have like 6 or 7 fans already dont they?

im using asamsung 750 ( 52 inch, most likely way out of your price range, ) and a logitech z5500, i highly recomend the z5500 because it is made for games, and it has an optical in, and it is only 500 bucks, sounds as good as something twice the price.

now for a tv, i would sugest a samsun 5 series, or of you have more money then brains, go with a smaller 7 series, make sure it is no more then 8 ms respnce time and DONT GET PLASMA, lcd only. unless you watch a lot of movies, get lcd.
