I would have just one damn SKU at a set price, when it comes out, and then start lowing the price over the years. You know like what they used to do before Mircosoft started this more then one SKU crap, where the consumer is so confuse, that they don't know what the hell to buy.

Dude thats complete speculation, there is no hint that they will bring down the 80gig SKU, all they are doing is selling out the 60gig $499to get rid of stock, and try to add more value to the new SKU, wich will stay at $599.

By this christmas all thats going to happen is we will have the same $599 price tag on just about the same PS3, with just only 20gigs more and a damn game.

Sony you just don't get it we don't wan't more value, we just want a console that isn't going to make us go broke, And the 60gig $499 SKU was a step in the right direction, but now if you don't get the good deal now, then your just out of luck. wich is bull, alot of people and i mean alot are waiting for the big games to come out, that means now we are stuck paying that damn $599 price again.

This is dumbest thing that I have ever heard, and will be closeing the door on Sony for me. We wanted a price drop, so they give us it,but for only a litmited time, then it's back to only one SKU back at the $599 price tag, all because they don't want two SKUs again?

Sorry it's just i see this every day, yesterday was a thread saying Wii fit should get a Goty, then before that Wii sports, and just about every Wii game has had the same thread.

The Nintendo Wii could take a crap, and the fans would be like, thats goty for sure, it's geting old.

90% of the population on these boards call themselves 'hardcore' gamers, and scoff at anything with less than 4 million polygons on the screens at once.

Wake up and smell the coffee, the ps2 sold because it offered games for every demographic at a reasonable price. Games were cheap. The ps2 had the weakest graphics.

The DS is selling because it offers games for every demographic at a reasonable price. It has n64 graphics to the psp's ps2 graphics.

The wii is selling because it offers games for every demographic at a reasonable price. It has xbox1 graphics to the xbox360's and ps3 graphics.

Moral of the story? Hardcore gamers that call themseleves that because they love to look at and talk more about games than actually play them, are just one small segment of this vast gaming populace.

The true mature 'hardcore' gamers don't write of games without playing them, don't judge a title buy it's graphics, NEVER put visuals beyond any other aspect. The 'hardcore' in this case only comes from the fact that they play games very often, any games, all games, to pass time, and to have fun.

Show someone that only has a Wii, like my aunt, A PS3 game or a Xbox 360 game. And just watch, they wouldn't like it in any way, why? Because there not gamers in any way, all they want is a simple console with simple games, there not going to further the gaming world there just holding it back. this game is ridiculously boring is anyone else about ready to vomit from playing this game? i doubt it scores higher then 7.0. the hype was insane for this game i doubt there will be anyone excited to pick this title up now

I think it's a good game, considering that in the demo you just jumpright into the game, with no story buld up or anything, and the combat system takes a few min to get used to,but once you do it works good.

I'll be picking this game up,I think it's worth it.

I know it's the truth, because the nintendo fans thatI know, are starting to shy away fron nintendo and the Wii, one of them didn't even buy it when it came out. But guess who is into the Wii, and love sit? My aunt, who never was a gamer, im not even sure if she ever even played a video game before, and yet she is all into the Wii spots and stuffnow.

It's sad to see what Nintendo is doing to the sheeps.

Ok the line between the Wii being a Gaming console and some kind of work out device has just got really thin.
