This just goes to show that complaining(not the word I want to use) just leads to more complaining(again). Someone said something about something unimportant and got it changed. Now it's become a different issue and people are complaining again. Thats why I've decided arguing with people on the Internet or in reality is a waste of time. You're not changing opinions you're just being a dick and causing more problems.

I remember the free2players when they first started out. I really hope I didn't look that dumb when I first picked it up when I was still a teenager. Free2players were free2kill.

Tutorials and trials are very important but there will always be the need to challenge yourself. I recently got kof 13 and I spent a lot of necessary time in Trial modes learning fighters so I could decide on a team. I decided for myself I wouldn't pick a character if I couldn't do any useful combos. This lead to me taking hours to defeat some challenges and even more hours making sure I could do them. I still Think kof is great but all this training kind of burnt me out on it, so I decided to go play other more simple games like soul caliber and I noticed that from playing a much more involved and difficult fighter I became better a other fighters because I pushed myself and the only thing to help me along was the trials. My point is that there is a need to explain the mechanics of a game but I hope it doesn't cause them to completely dumb down fighting games because it's important to find new challenges and rise to them to grow, and that's true of all things in life.

I do miss the era of health items. with them you can get shot up while running pick up health and turn around and have a solid chance at winning but regenerating health sometimes feels like whoever hits the other guy first wins.

@cjf187x it seems people have gotten into a rut of comparing games of the same genre to each other to a detrimental point. This game is obviously very different from COD but people compare it because thats the kind of game theyre used to, not because its a good comparison.
