you can get a 480 4gb for 199.99 on newegg every other week. That's what i'd recommend for under 200 bucks.

@nixon45jm: 7700k will be the same price give or take 10 dollars, 1080 ti will be similar price give or take 100-200 dollars. 1080 wont run 4k 60 fps, 1080 ti will get damn close.

@RS13: agreed, water cooling is unnecessary when running stock clocks. 16 megs is the sweet spot, wont even use near that much.

wait for the 1080 ti, do not buy a 1080 right now, also wait for the 7700k that comes stock at 4.2 ghz, do not build this comp right now.. wait till jan. Get seagate SSHD 4 TB for the same price and its 5 times faster loading games.
