@louixiii: I don't buy it. This game is for kids and adults alike, they are warned not to drive while playing, and to pay attention to their surroundings, you can't be responsible for everyone who breaks the rules or breaks the law, and you can't blame it on an phone APP. I don't play the game and don't care for it.. let the kids have fun, beats them doing drugs and having babies, don't take entertainment away from them, especially one that gets them outside with friends, getting exercise and being social.
@Xristophoros: You could say the same thing about cars, why worry about guns when car accidents account for more deaths than guns. Why not ban cars and go back to horse and buggies? Why not give up more of our freedoms? Give up choice and free will? Why not stop abortion? Ban alcohol, ban tobacco... ban flight. Lets all live in your boring little controlled world where you sit and stare at four white walls in your padded little room? One person has died man, out of the millions of people playing the game, lets ruin the fun for everyone. I hate to tell you this mate, but life is a game and there will be risk. You cannot save everyone, choose for everyone, and speak for everyone.
@phantompain888: they are still morons, you can't blame the game for carelessness, it even has a warning not to drive while playing. Just like alcohol says do not operate a motor vehicle after drinking, and do not text and drive. The game developers arent responsible for those who break the law and do stupid things. Do stupid things, win stupid prizes. Guy will likely be going to jail for a long long time.
@phantompain888: i agree, the game had nothing to do with it, if he plays games while driving, I'm sure he text while driving too, and drinks while driving.
