I want a triple bladed chainsaw fused with a toaster and a demon hamster that runs on potassium!!! Or maybe just a shotgun that doesn't take 2 months to reload....

Hi, my psp died today and I was wondering, do the PSP 3000 weird scan lines effect video games and pictures or just games. I use the pictures a lot. If anyone knows, I would be eternally in their debt! Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question....
