[QUOTE="mdh1982"][QUOTE="polarwrath11"] THats probably quite a good rule of thumb! I've got a e5200 at 3.25 and i just know it'd be awsome at 3.75! sucks i cant overclock it further.polarwrath11
What mobo are you running it on? I run mine on a Foxconn P43A, I only ended up with this as it was dirt cheap at the time. I don't think it had any glowing reviews but it's not that bad a board, well it does the job for me. Plus I was able to overclock without any problems, I have tried to go higher, but then run into problems. Good to know that I should need to upgrade though, means there is more money for a graphics card when the time comes 8)
Using a P5QL SE. Problem is I'm using 800MHz RAM, and if I push the FSB further, RAM gets too high, and I can't get around this problem since mobo doesn't have "FSB strap DRAM" setting. What RAM you running and multipliers etc? Shame I cant go further, since I have an arctic freezer pro.CPU clock at 300, 12.5 multiplier
Vcore 1.29v
memory voltage 2.016v
MCH voltage 1.152v
CPU Dram clock ration 1:1, using Crucial 4GB DDR2 800MHz
