For the americans that don't know what boxing day is, it's blackfriday but 1 day after xmas, I got Half Life 2 for 39.99 $, I was going to get more but there was 3000 people in line at my local best buy and everything was sold out.

This is where it shows that xbox 2 will win over the ps3, the ps2 will no doubt will launch at a price around 699/799 $ american sony CANT AFFORD TO SELL UNDER COST FOR SUCH AN EXPENCIVE PEICE OF HARDWARE no doubt the ps3 will be as powerful as the xbox 2 but it will not be cheaper and it will NOT BE MORE POWERFUL it would cost way to much, Microsoft's plan from the start was flush the competetion with money Microsoft has been loseing money with the xbox from day one, no company in their right minds would lose billions but the fact is Microsoft can afford to do it and sony can't with their 50 billion $ debt.

My theroy is ethier the ps3 launches with a price tag of 799 $ and no one buys it like the PSX or they dont make the hardware better then xbox 2's and sell it at the same price as xbox 2 which will be sonys best bet cuz it will outsell the xbox 2 cuz casual gamers only look at the name and sony is a house hold name brand for electronics.

PS3 will launch late 2005 early 2006 in japan will hit american store q2 2006 at ethier a price tag of 399 $ or 799 $.

Rumours going around that the reason EA is buying out everything is to increase their value so they can sell the company for alot more, this is most likley never going to happen but I wouldnt doubt it Microsoft can afford them but I hate EA so meh....

It seems that the ps2 fanboys disagree with me but I got to play the most recent Japanese demo of GT4 at a retailer confrence in Canada, I wasn't impressed because all the fanboys said it blows forza away and it does not forza looks far superior hardly any jaggies no blury low res textures like GT4.
