[QUOTE="nicknees93"]gamecube didnt have online play. this is gonna be a huge factor.slrprime
ya but so far wiis online play is terrible. especially brawl because you can never connect and when you do it lags and eventually u lose connection. also moh heroes 2 does that

Improve your connection if you the complainers had bothered to do the simplest bit of research they would have known something important. Brawl is p2p play. Meaning it's your connection that is the issue you directly connect to the other players not through a server or hub. If you have **** connection then you will have **** play. Turn off the damn bittorrent or anything that steals connection juice. adjust router settings.

People with good to great connections download a N64 game in two minutes and have no lag in brawl unless they connect to someone with a **** connection.

Sirprime you have a **** connection. Dont' blame Nintendo for your inadequacies.

and? wii's online is subpar thanks to friend codes for each game, no voice chatting or any kinds of communication and you can't add(or even see) people you meet in random matches. it lacks things most modern online games have. wii's online is no way a "huge factor" in terms of selling power.

Bother to play more wii online games and read the manuals for the options. Just like with the DS games the options vary between games.

Turn off the wii and turn back on. Look through the operations manual. homestarrunner has an entire section of their site devoted to games that can run on the wii.

You could read the manual you know? Or use the nintendo.com site which has loads of faqs and stuff to help set up access to the nintendo wfc?

In order for the Wii to have downloadable content, the Wii would require an external hard drive. I mean, the Wii's built in hard drive isn't even a gig, if the Wii had downloadable content, there wouldnt bem much space for it.

And Im not sure if it's possible for the Wii to have an external hard drive, I don't think theres a port for it.

The final fantasy game for wiiware has downloadable content. Other wiiware games and even certain wii games will also have downloadable content.

Stop moving the console while it is reading the disc. Those circular scratches is when the console is moved.

Read the effing manuals for any disc based device they state keep device steady do not move while in operation or something to that effect you can figure out.

Likely the reviewers who complained about the brush technique didn't realize it's IR not motion controlled meaning you have to aim at the tv.

Brawl's online is not working very good. But I think Mario Kart Wii will have a much better online. Thiago26792

Why do people not realize that the Brawl online matches are not server based? It's p2p meaning your wii internet connection is making a direct connection to another wii. So if your connection sucks or you connect to someone else with a sucky connection then everyone with a decent to excellent connection will suffer lag until the loser with two tins and a string drops out. Then the game is lag free. Do not try a damn multiplayer online game if you have dialup you make everyone sufffer!!!

It's not Nintendo's fault if you have a sucky expierence in brawl wifi it's your fault for having a crappy internet connection or connecting to people with crappy internet connections.

Soma Bringer last I heard was discussed about bringing it over to the US. It will take a year or two.
