Wow. Gears of war is one of the best games I have played in a while. I love it in almost every way, and was glad that I got to play it at my buddy's house last night. Because I don't own an X360 I usually have to wait for it to come out on computer but instead I got the chance to play it on an Xbox. We played through the entire campaign on Coop and now I can't wait for Gears 2. If you own an Xbox 360 or have a good computer, I urge you to play this game! (Warning, it is VERY violent :D )

So I was playing Rock band the other day and I was halfway through a song and suddenly...

SNAP! My drum pedal broke in half!

After I looked over the EA rockband support site (which was quite useless, I might add), it was gonna cost me $30 for shipping to get a new pedal. So one of my buddies came over, and we fixed it. It's kind of "homemade" now, and is a great free solution if your pedal ever breaks. When i figure out how I'll get pics up because it is really quite amazing! And it only takes 2 hours. I also have one more reason to dislike EA...

So as everyone who knows me knows, I love my PS3 to the death. However, a while back I almost went out and bought a 360 for one game.

Mass Effect.

I managed to restrain myself because blow $450 for one game? I don't think so. It recently came out for PC and I felt obligated to buy it, I have only played for 1 hour, and I love it so much that I need to buy a new video card. My computer is decent, but it has occasional freezes and framerate drops when lots of things are happening. Which is why i need to ask:

Should I buy a video card from Tiger Direct or FutureShop? I'm thinking a GeForce 8600 with 512mb.

If you know anything I would be grateful for any input.
