Have you tried rasing the brightness in the game itself rather than the monitor?
Yes i have to the max and the units were still hard to see. I mean not imposible to see but hard and stressed by eyes out trying to look for a little red spot walking or moving hehe.

Acer Flat Screen 19'' or 18".
Hi guys i have been having trouble with the latest and newest games out in the market. Supreme Commander/ World of Warcraft and others...
Like in Supreme Commander there are dark maps, and some units in supreme commander can be hard to see even with the video options tweaked to increase brightness to 100. Also in World Of Warcraft like going down in one of the Dungons like in Onexya's lair it can be really hard to see unless you hit your brightness around 80-100%. So having all this issues i say my self, what's the point of having a really really dark game if you have to turn brightness to 100 and all that.. Why not just dim a bit but not to much. I know the night time effects are great but most players will just see a white road and a black surroundings; instead of trees and the road leading to the town.
I have a new computer with the newest video cards and a good amount of ram.
So have you guys had any of the same problems i have playing some of the pc games?
So is it the game the problem of been to dark or is it the monitor or some computer related problem?
I just want to be able to play a game around 50%-50% brightness/contrast... I don't want to hurt my eyes hard core with high brightness to enjoy the game. I have other games that i can play fine with 30% 30% brightness contrast and it has dark levels.
Thank you for your time!
