Yeah, I was wondering the exact same thing. Not sure if its worth the upgrade. Any other suggestions if I can't go any higher in price?

I meant to say can't, lol.

Another reason I ask is because it only requires one 6-pin connector. Mine requires two. Less power consumption equals less quality? I dunno...

My Rig:

Corsair 750W PS

AMD Quad @ 3.7

10 GB RAM

With this video card

MSI N260GTX Twin Frozr OC GeForce GTX 260 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

I have around 150-200$ to spend. Is it worth it to upgrade? What would be my best upgrade? I have stuck with nvidia my whole gaming career btw. But am open to any suggestions. Thanks for your advice!

My Rig:

M4A785TD-M EVO

Athlon x4 with a mild overclock to 3.3GHz with HyperTX cooler.

GTX 260 OC edition (655mhz)

6GB G.skillDDR3 at 1333mhz

Raidmax 80 Plus certified 630W Power Supply

My question is, my RAM I bought was 1600. The defualt setting for my mobo is 1333. Will I see much of a difference if I set the ram to 1600? And if so, could someone give me some tips to set it to 1600?

I am transferring some video files to a flash drive, and the transfer rate is about 2.6 to 2.8 MB/sec. I thought this should be much faster.

Windows 7

quad-core @ 3.0 Ghz

6 GB Ram

gtx 260

Could a Logisys PSU be the problem? Everything else seems to be running fine off my PSU, but just wondering.

It is new, and I have all of it. But I'm running it with a 575watt Logisys PSU. I just wanted to be sure everything is getting enough power, and I hear bad things about logisys psu's
