Yes you can. You might want to consider buying it on disc though. The download version is tied to the account you purchased the game on. So lets say you have a PSN account, PSN user name 'X' and purchase Warhawk on that account. Then one day you decide you don't like that account and want to create a new one, PSN user name 'Y' and use that from now on. Well now you are screwed because you have to use account 'X' to play Warhawk.
