I also think the game is Mature rated not only for the "sensitive content" it has, but also because I think younger gamers might not apreciate the social satire it throws at us, sometimes in a subtle way. And the way the plot is structured some of these fellow younger gamers might find it "slow", but it wouldn't make sense, or have this quality, if made in any other way.

A game to be trully apreciated, like a fine wine, never in a rush.

I'm finding the story amazing, very well written with lots of sub-plots. It exales quality from every bit. Wonderfull, wonderfull game. Contemporanean art.

Of course you can't! Diferent processors, diferent code!, If there's a system a like PC is the 360, and even on this one you can't play PC games!

Anyway, about the PC vs consoles debate, I can't play on an office desk anymore. So nowdays is 360 all the way. PS3 can't handle games very well, so it was an easy choice.

Do you still believe in Sony's BS ? Do a nice and funny exercise, search for anouncements and press releases prior to PS3 (or even PS2) debut, and... laugh!

You'll find pearls like "4D gaming!"; "Toy Story like graphics!"; "PS3 will be the only console to do games in HD!"; "next-gen starts when we say so"and of course "PS3 will replace the PC!"...

Why are people always hating on Halo???

Because it sold cazilions-milions.

Because it's actually good.

Because, in a way, there is a sense of anti-america feeling in some minds, and Halo is US-culture, let's face it.

Because there are some people who are so attached to the "brand" thing that think a uber-success like Halo can threat their needs to have the best system/games.

Because it's from Microsoft and therefore => read first and third sentences.

Because it's a winner, and some people think they get more atention to themselfs by bashing a winner.

360 is one of those boxes that a gaming guy has to have..., no excuses not to. Like PS2 the gen before. It's not MS loss if you don't nor Sony win, it'll be your loss, no one else's.

I'm quite sure the problems which were severely over talked (hey..., that's internet: you brake a finger, next day someone is saying you died a terrible death...) are minimized by now. What seems to be left it's the 3 year warranty which is great. Elite is a good deal, however you can't go wrong with a Premium as well. All in all the most amazing system I felt honored to play with.

(expect some posts saying "please, please don't buy it" or something, lol! - be sure to check the posting history of those fellow videogamers).

buddy my sincere advice, dont rush into buying anything, i bought a 360, it crapped out after 10 months, i loved it, its amazing but you never know when it dies, it happens suddenly and you are lost, So be carefulbe sure you doing the right thing.danyalhk

The infamous RRoD like most things over internet is more talk than anything else, I for once never experienced it. A friend of mine did, however, but MS does send a van to your place to gfet it and deliver within, tops, 3 weeks.
