M&M:CoH is a ton o' fun! So much fun I have it on 2 platforms! And I played the Outland demo...a pretty unique and beautiful platformer. Would pick it up except I want Bastion when it goes on sale (hoping for next week...but could be 2 weeks), plus the one I DL'd tonight.

*Noticed this price on their website and called one of the six Gamestops in my town to see if it was correct since they charge $25 used. Played it a bit when I got home last night and seeing as turn-based RPGs are a dying breed...so far this seems like an excellent example of the subgenre on current gen hardware.

Trust me, it really bothers me too. But being the RPG freak & FF fan I am, and since I finally got me a Wii, I really had been wanting to check out FF:CD (which I happen to like very much now!). Also, this was last Friday...Black Friday...and there were a ton of people at the GameStop I was at, so I figured every GameStop in town was probably like that and I really didn't feel like fighting the crowds. Anyhow, it's cheap enough that I can buy a complete copy when I find one and sell this 'disc only' copy on Ebay. But yes, I know, I hate buying incomplete games and it bothers me to no end...though I did make an exception this time.

So I stopped by my local video game shop while I was in town today and put my very last $5 bill down on a copy of Final Fantasy XIII-2 Collector's Edition. I am completely broke like a bad joke now (spent all the $$ I had left on that Limited Edition Blue Wii), but Fred (that's the owner) is only allotted a very few CEs (like 5 or less) and he told me if I wanted to guarantee myself a copy, I should do it now.

If those interested in FF haven't yet looked at what all comes in the CE, y'all should check it out. For only $20 more than the standard, it seems like quite the deal!

Not that Digital DL games are my favorite type of media anyway, but I'm still irritated that I lost 10 DSiWare games when I traded my DSLite & DSi to get my DSiXL. Better for my eyes...but...bad for my numbers. :P

If one steps back and really looks at this leaderboard...the numbers are mind-boggling!! Several of you at the top have more games in your collections than many of the game stores near me have in thier inventory! Craziness. lol.

Anyhow, I'm very pleased to not be bringing up the rear for the second month in a row...AAANNDD...I just purchased a new (used) PSP 3000 so I can start getting my grubby nubs on all the wonderful PSP RPGs!!! Very exciting having a whole new library to plunder! Still dealing with the after-affects of my mothers' heartattack as well as my own health issues..(Doc says I may have to have neck surgery in the near future...fingers crossed that doesn't need to happen, but we'll see)...so the PSP library may be a bit slow going at first...but at least I can start buying without fretting.."How am I going to play this game without a system?" lol!

And gmsnpr...all the fires I've started have been intentional...well, except for that one, but nobody knows about that one...I don't think...
