Well, in certain games you have no choice. Lead character in Phantasy Star is a woman. Same for Metroid. And, in certain parts, Final Fantasy XIII. Gotta love Lightning. In one game in particular, I made it a conscious choice. the game is Fallout 3. I choose female because of the Black Widow perk. it equates to a 10% more damge to the opposite sex, and some interesting conversations with certain males, in particular, Mister Burke and Ronald Laren in Girdershade. Neither conversation I will put here. :)

Well it's basically child abuse, but his judgement might have been impaired by alcohol or something. Had it not, slap on a child abuse charge. Only an idiot who wasn't drunk/high would tattoo a baby. I would also considered that to be assault.
