I don't understand how people can shop at this place. They keep games at full release price forever, and the pre-owned version of the same game is $5 less.

You're never gonna convince someone who strictly plays Xbox to switch to Sony no matter what. It's the same reason you can't get someone to switch from Toyota, or switch from Apple. They're brainwashed in thinking they have the best product on earth...no matter how many RRODs, unintended acceleration cases and deaths, or broken screens and freezing phones from a 2 foot drop onto the floor.
