Counter Strike Condition Zero doesn't work to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????? When i install it and start it and go to single player create account and select map it starts loading but when it comes to half it stop close the program with out any questions!?What to do!

I find all of these folders (like in instruction) and i dont know what means this sentence "then the hex folder inside the extracted folders "!? What is hex folder and where it is! I extracted all but can't finde "hex folder"!? Pleas help
