To claim your L4D2 gift, all you need to do is install it.
If you don’t install, it goes back to its regular price and you miss out! The zombie apocalypse is more fun with friends so make sure to tell all your mates to install it as well.
Thanks for the responses. Just to clarify a bit more: I essentially want to play a game side-by-side with someone but we each get our own screens with our own HUDs, etc. Something like you would get with a console game ("so just buy a console!" you say. Yes, well... no. :-)), except it's not split screen but two-screen.
Kraken, you are probably onto something with that idea. I wonder how many games have such functionality. I don't even know of any PC games that do split screen...?
The only real advantage PS Plus has is integrated Twitch/Ustream instant streaming. And it's something that Steam will never be able to pull off because the PS4 has a dedicated video encoder chip.
Unless Steam includes it in their Steam Machines.
How do you think people have been livestreaming their pc games for years now? Even Origin has integrated twitch streaming and you can add your non-origin games to your games library and livestream them.
