So since I have decided to get a new monitor with my $200 budget I have been looking at some. I think these are 2 of the best I can get. Both the same price with the promo code. How do they look? If there are any other suggestions please say them, thanks!

I'm at 1280 x 1024 and it would go to 1920 x 1080 which is like 700 thousand more pixels. But the games I play like CS:S are pretty easy to run.
Right now I have
GTX 260
Athlon X2 6000+ 3.1ghz
2gb ram
19in monitor
I'm wondering whether I should go with a phenom 2 or a 23-24in widescreen monitor. All my games run pretty well. But will upgrading my monitor and rez affect my fps at all? Or no since the gfx card is made for higher resolutions anyways? I have had this 19in for a while and want an upgrade. So CPU or monitor? Thanks
So pretty much I upgraded my PSU because I was planning to get a GTX 260. This was all going smoothly until I learned about bottlenecking. I honestly didn't think my CPU was that out of date AMD 64 X2 4400+ at 2.3ghz. OCing is not an option because of a locked motherboard. I want to play games at 1280x1024 high or max settings and good fps. But this is probably a dream. Money is a big limit here too. Is there any suggestions? Will the bottleneck really be that bad? etc..
Current rig
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ (2 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
2046MB RAM NVIDIA
GeForce 8600 GT
dude xfx is great and i have the exact same card you do. but go with evga/bfg this time for their stepup program to be on the safe side. new cards are supposed to be comming out this summer.
i can max TF2 with 4x AA at 1444x900 btw so i dont know what up with your issues.
