@pandadropkicks: The Pro is obviously less powerful, but if you honestly think devs are going to make 35 versions of a game, don't expect any big graphical difference, maybe a slightly better resolution, but the CPU is still too weak to run games like Just Cause 3, or Destiny 2 at over 30 fps, so it really doesn't matter, you'll be playing 90% of games upscaled from 1440p at 30 fps, that's just a fact, get excited if you want, you'll see within a month of release that I am correct.
@pandadropkicks: When did I say it was bad? Show me... I'll be waiting, I said it's used for upscaling, and I'm well aware of how it works, it seems you have no idea though, so here's a technical source for your moronic @$$.
You fanboys really make me laugh, check Digital Foundry or any other tech shows, they've all shown those games were running upscaled, sorry if that hurts your feelings little boy.
@sladakrobot: I can't give you resolutions because they didn't say what they were upscaling from, but every analysis on Anthem, AC Origins shows they are using checkerboard rendering to upscale the image, here's a link to show you, but a quick Google search should give you plenty of results as well.
This really shouldn't be a shock to anyone who knows the GPU simply isn't strong enough to do 4K on many games, and the CPU is also very underpowered, so enjoy the 30 fps in any game with decent physics.
@nativepixel: Have time? I didn't exactly take an hour to type a sentence lol, and I'm not allowed to comment on tech unless I want it? I love watching morons like you get all mad at a little comment, how dare I make a small comment regarding 4K, shame on me lmao, just look at any of the analysis of Anthem or AC Origins to see it isn't full 4K.
I find it hilarious people are all excited to play 1 out of every 20 games in 4K, because apart from MS first party games, and independant games, most AAA titles will be upscaled, this has already been proven, sad.
@rasterror: LMAO, if you honestly think Anthem was running at 4K, you might want to actually do some research, it was upscaled from a lower resolution, but you go on about how powerful the console is haha.
