Yea a walking dead is in the works.

An open world zombie game would be nice, Dead Island did start such a project although I would'nt call it successful. It is a start to open zombie world gaming and really having a survival open game would be a great game to play.

I think the action element is always gonna be a factor now but I do think they will do a better job of balancing out the survival aspect of it....hopefully taking a page from Dead Space.

I was impressed with the RE6 trailer, but yet again I hope they show real horor and not just stick to the action kind of shooter. In the trailer I saw that you could interact with the environment more like (Pick up an Axe and throw it at a zombie).
Dead space imo is the new horor kind of game that everyone is looking for and it does a better job at balancing both action and horor. If capcom is wise enought they would actually play Dead Space and will get a chance to see where they went wrong..

I keep pluging in my hard drive and the PS3 wont detect any of them. It just detects flash drives and they dont have enough space.

there is a backup option in the xmb it backed up everything for me (downloaded games, saves, videos, etc) when I upgraded my HD ...though I had heard stories that some things did not backup for people...weird took a long while thoughrawsavon

If a lack of ram is the problem then they need to work around that and make it faster. I don't know much about this kind of stuff but from what I can see the system tries to load everything at one time which slows it down. If they could make the XMB just load a few things at one time then maybe it could be faster. They could also redesign the system to work with less ram. It is their system and they do know it best so they should know how to speed it up. I hope they don't change it because I also like it but I would like it to move faster.

yes that is true. Games are moving forward and becoming a challenge for the console to handle. In reality we are not getting extra RAM out of no where. Sony just needs to work with what they have and eliminate the usless stuff in the XMB when the PS button is pushed in game.

I would also like to see a msg counter instead of just an envelope that shows in the top right. When I get invites into game they just pile up in the inbox and deleting msgs from inside any game is slow due to the RAM issue. Having a msg counter will let me know if I have recieved any actual extra msgs. Or just separate invite msgs from normal msgs.
