People were complaining about the graphics so Bethesda turned everything Max on consoles, aside from shadow quality. Now performance is stuttering and consolites complain

The Order 1886 was so bad. ....... Spoilers below

after an ok introduction with amazing graphics and hours of boring unskippable mo cap cutscenes, you finally get to fight your first werewolf disappointingly it's just a quick time event boss fight. Then comes the plot twist and you finally get a decent weapon and you find out about the vampires and it gets your hopes up, like ok finally now we are gonna have an epic 3 way battle between humans, Lycans and vampires.... which never happens. it just throws you into a stupid forced stealth section, finally another chance to use the awesome weapon and the final boss fight which is just the exact same first werewolf quick time event boss. Then it teases you of the Order 1887, like omg we bet you are gonna be soo interested in part 2 because we did such a great job with part 1. Thank god I red boxed it

30fps is actually divided into two categories; Look and Feel

Looks are subjective, just like art style, it's in the eye of the beholder. Someone may find 30fps more atmospheric for horror games, that's on them can't really argue about their own personal preference.

The feel of smoother controller response, 60+ fps, however is in FACT better than 30fps.

So there ya go, it is a Fact that 60+ fps feels better, but the look of 30fps is someone else's personal preference

Looks is subjective. 30fps Can be a preferred look for certain people certain games. THe feel however is unarguably bettter. THe smoother the better

Not many will notice a locked 60fps until DigitalFoundry makes an article. But sub 30fps are def noticeable
