Just out of curiosity, why do you think being super nice is a one way ticket to the friend zone?
I think it's because many believe that all conservatives share the same extreme opinions of people such as Beck, Limbaugh, etc. which is obviously false.
Actually I've been questioning that myself. Sometimes I feel like I'm helping lazy people because a lot of those people brought poverty upon themselves. Obviously not all poor people are lazy; some may have just been born into a poor situation. Just now when I help the needy I feel just a bit less happy (if that's the right word).
