So...if these exceptionally athletic football players played offence and defence, didn't wear padding, and played for longer periods, they'd be less tough?

Jamie Roberts played 20mins of a Lions game with a fractured skull.
If a player from each sport were transplanted in the other, I would say that the NFL player would probably get injured in the later stages of a game due to tiredness. A rugby player would probably be out of the game much sooner than that.
something needs to be done

I don't....I just walk up to a women and tell her I want to have sex with her....9/10 times I get my face slapped....but that 10th one is magic....Omni-Slash
This tactic works but may lead to my conception. I think flirting's meant to be spontaneous, not sure there are any hard and fast rules for it.
[QUOTE="Doped_Scorn"]To be honest, when I see the EDL and BNP protesting on the streets, I wouldn't mind replacing them with some immigrants in need of asylum. Ninja-HippoTrue. That. I don't know why some people are bothered so much by immigrants. We're all people.
Immigration is great, necessary even. What bothers me about it is the lack of effort to integrate, or in some cases learn English, like ANY English. I don't get why the only opposition you see to letting everyone in is fat bald guys walking around with flags.
[QUOTE="Lord_Dweedle"]Stop Saying Britain!!! that makes Wales and Scotland seem like a bunch of oafs!! Just say England from now on ok? Wales and Scotland have 10x more culture than America or England :)xaosI say this as a Jones; I really can't think of anything emblematic of Welsh culture
Rugby union butt.
[QUOTE="mowcher"][QUOTE="rawsavon"] I will ask again: Why would you ever want to be with someone (let alone marry them), if they are not sure they want to be with you? Why would anyone chase someone or try to convince them?rawsavon
I'm sure you have considered this, but I would say there is a certain level of excitement that comes from chasing or being chased. People aren't always 100% sure of what they want, and need the reassurance that comes from someone pushing it a little.
There is a vast difference in the start of a relationship (court/pursue/etc) and one that is two years in. If you have to pursue/convince someone to be with after 2 years, then there are some serious issues/red flags thereI mistook your post for a more general question, I agree after 2 years convincing should be at a minimum. If you really want this lady to marry you TC, I guess you'll have to be more persuasive than those working against you. Good luck man.
[QUOTE="Disturbed123"][QUOTE="curono"]Tell her You want to be with me or not? Simple as that.rawsavon
As previous members have said, easier said then done. She already is planning to say no, thing can be easily be influenced in saying yes by her parents as they are quite a hard hitter, and I genuinely do want to be with her as shes treating me amazingly over the last 2 years, only thing is shes not strong minded. She needs training in that department GRRR

Yeah, it's good writing practice and useful if something's on my mind. Sometimes feel like a douche after reading an old entry though.
Amazing guy. R.I.P.
