Alternating between fiction and non-fiction recently, English Civil War at the moment. Got some stories by Lovecraft and Poe next which should really lighten the mood...

I don't believe in a god who gives us the capacity to love and puts us on a planet where anyone can die at any second.

Edit: I'll let it go if we get psychic powers in 2012.

There are some useful books out there containing all the information and detail you could want on how to get cut.

Day 1: Upper-body routine + Legs, Day 2: 45 minutes of cardio + abs, Day 3: Off. Each day lasts around 60 to 70 minutes. Works for me, but make sure that you're getting proper nutrition or all the work you put in at the gym is for nothing (ie. fats, proteins, carbs). hockey73

I also find a 2 days on, 1 day off routine effective. Heavy weight leg and arm exercises on the first day, stamina and abs the second.

The History Boys. Fortunately I doubt many will have seen it, found it insufferable.

I would like to see established directors trying different people for big roles, but it's hard to criticise someone for wanting to work with those they know they collaborate well with.
