IDK as i dont have the game and i have 4 xbox 360 controllers, so i dont really need that... BUT there are some keyboards that allow you more than 10 keys pressed down at the same time... and they arent that expensive, you should look around that.

my 10cents...

Maybe i know some...

pOrtal, Monkey Island(although you have to dispatch LeChuck), World of Goo, Crayon Physics Deluxe, any Tycoon game, Worms(Kind of innocent but you have to kill other worms), Sam and max??, Lemmings (if you can get it to work, and they may die if you dont save them), Splinter Cell (try not killing anyone and get trhu the game), Flight Simulator X, Locomotion, Alien Shooter(lol, this is a joke, but i lovd this 1), The Sims (any), Sim City (any), Flock!, Braid, Diner Dash, BurguerShop, Hamsterball, Audiosurf, Zuma,Mirrors Edge (you run and can go thru without killing, or i dont remember),McGees Alice(rofl), Pong, Pac-man but it eats ghosts... so maybe not... lol

Theres a somewhat big list of games that are not sports and are great with little to no violence... with some exceptions =) just in case, hope it helps

Ever heard of hamachi? Its the same thing... it emulates a LAN thru internet.

Starcraft with no Lan? Well, IMO is a really good move against piracy although I think is a little bit too much.

BF2 isn't really pirated if you look at it, why? becausea 90% of it is online playing (it's a good game also...) and does have LAN activated, but there's really no reason to play it over LAN, except if you give it a go and mod it too much and you have someone to play with but its rather difficult to have 64ppl lans.

SC1 had what they called a "ghost installation" or something like that.ButI've always played thru battle.net. except like 5 times or so.

SC2 is bred to be a tournament game, right? So where are tournaments held? LAN parties!!! So now you are going to get your internet connection with the full congregation trying to play SC2 at the same time while some are just watching hd porn thus consuming tons of bandwidth so that = lag. So whats really the need to make some great experience a bad one! i mean wheres the "if it aint broke dont fix it"? Now they only have to add an onlineverification so you can play SP.

All that For someone to crack it in no time... and hoping for the best, it doesnt end up as the GOW fail (the one that cracked copies had no problems but original ones did).

Ok maybe i overeacted a bit... I meanI never go to lan parties cause there are none around whereI live. I see it maybe as anunnecesary step, but also as a nice step attacking piracy, and at some point even justified.

I was wondering about the split screen, causei would like playing it with my brother aight? so i googled just to find only like 1 source saying thatit was a most likely not... Have you heard anything about it and is it going to be an onlinefeature only? (i have 4 x360 controllers so it isnt a problem to have 2 ppl playing on same tv)

Absolute maximum settings.

I'm going to try this too whenever my pc is plugged to tv, altough i might need to sacrifice some AA 74 @ 1440x900 8aa maxed out w/o vsync Have you tried lowest settings possible? it was fun for a while having 300 fps and whole fights lasting aorund 10-15 seconds (not accurate time, just some random "short period of time"). It was like watching a dragon ball episode, where you see nothing cause "they're so fast!!!"...lol I'm really happy bout this

First things first. Its a great game with tremendous potential on the plot... or story, w/e.

Thegraphics are great.

Controls... Well here I can somewhattell you... if you have a x360 controller then they are great (be sure to set them right, find the control map somewhere on internet because default is not as it is on consoles but its not a big problem setting them up). For if you have only M+K ask for that feedback since i didnt played it with it.

The gameplay was really good although it kind of gets (continue reading after next word) repetitive, BUT! It's as repetitive as you want it to be... it is for sure if you want to get every single piece of everything, and only because of the synchronization of the towers, because the missions, do have some variety and most of them are pretty entertaining, but you can skip that all right, and go for the main thing, the story just makes you go on. Also in theextreme case it gets too repetitive for you, you can play other gamesfor you to "desintoxicate" of the so awed "Repetiveness". As imo this game is a must.

Now getting back to the topic, lol I just remembered...I think all of thatbefore says: Why are you even asking if a $10 AC is worth it?

And yes im anxious for AC2

this thing happened to me a while ago when i moved from xp32 to vista64 idk if it had to do with the 64 or not but for sure had todo with vista... the thing here is that i only have 2 gb of ram and idk how much it will get better with 4gb (maybe ill play thief with my dads memory sticks... bwahaha)

just to give you an example i had a 7600gt(256mb) 2gb ram q6600, and bf2 in xp ran as smooth as silk maxxed out, but when i changed to vista the stuttering was unbearable until i changed textures to medium, and even thenI could only play on karkand because with any larger map i had 1-2 second stuttering every 5 seconds. and now with a 512ram gfx i have no problems at all.

With this i can say that in your case most certainly is your HDD, since it is the only thing left other than the OS butyou already said that you tried in XP

well, tbh i dont have that game so but in any case, what you should always do is... firstpatch game to the latest, downloadlatest driversATi, Nvidia,if OCstop OC and check again, some games are picky and touchy with OC... thencheck temperatures while your gaming. If nothingseems to help or ifeverythingis ok, then RAM is next to check...

If you have done already all of this... try googlin and, your spec sheet is too short, your missing gfx, OS etc...
