I found that Kendra Daniels from Dead Space was rather annoying. She was always suspcious, accusing, and asking you do to stuff for her. I wanted to toss her to the necromorphs. :D

I found myself getting very annoyed with the NPC's involved in stranger missions in RDR. If you stick around for one second after the cutscenes in these missions, they get really impatient and say something obnoxious. It annoyed me anyway.

Imo, Shenmue has a lot of annoying characters in the same vein.

Though to more accurately fit the description of the thread, I find the most annoying characters are hint characters in your given favorite game. Twilight Princess had far too much of this imo--a game I still need to finish.

That stupid robot in Borderlands. He's funny for about....45 seconds and from there I just wanted to dismantle him in numerous unpleasant ways.
