Also is the gtx 560 better than the gt 610-630? I wish I could go with the Gtx 670 but I can't afford it. I will be fine with the gtx 560 right?

Whoa, that's a lot of info there!
Your computer will be able to play most recent games on Max except maybe Battlefield 3 which you should be able to play on High. I would prefer an Intel i7 2600K and the graphics card for GTX 590, but you'll do well even without these.
LordTrexGuy
Yeah I would be getting those but cost is a factor so I figured the I5 will still do the job. What do you think about amd video cards? they seem to be cheaper
I posted this in another section and they said to come here, I'm gettin a computer built by cyber power pc and right now the cost is around 1200$. Everyone tells me to build it myself to save money but I can't imagine it getting much cheaper than that for a nice gaming computer. Pretty much I want a pc that will play any game I want on max settings for the next few years. Heres what I have so far

I have taken out the internal usb and the wireless card, a lot of people have been telling me the motherboard and liquid cooling is over kill but they are some of the cheapest options so I figured why not. Someone recomended the GTX 670 but thats 200$ more so I'm wondering about AMD's if the video card I have listed wont cut it. Thanks in advance for all the help, I really have no idea what I'm doing!
So I was looking for another motherboard because you all say it's overkill but it's one of the cheapest ones. THere is only one cheaper by 10$ which is the:[CrossFireX] Biostar TZ77B Intel Z77 Chipset DDR3 ATX Mainboard w/IRST, Lucid Virtu MVP, Toverclocker, 7.1 HD Audio, GbLAN, 2x PCIe x16 (1 Gen3, 1 Gen2) 2x PCIe x1 & 2 PC
As for the video card the GTX 670 is 200$ more which I can't afford. It seems like the AMDs are a lot cheaper I've just always heard Nvidias were the best. What are your opinions on amd's and whats a good one?
As for the water cooling and other stuff you guys think is unecessary it's only 30$ so it's like why not get it even if its not necessary.
Thanks bro you've been very helpful. Why shouldn't I do the overclock? And the GTX 670 is nvidia right? And someone said above not to go with 16gb of ram, why not? I might not need it all but it will just make it faster right? And to everyone else, your saying if I buy the parts seperate and build it myself I can get all that for half of what I'm paying? So 600$?Yeah, everyone over at the hardware forum can give you some good advice. But here are some quickies:
- don't bother with a liquid cooling system or paying for a 10% overclock
- not enough GPU. Try and get a GTX 670 as it's pretty much the best bang for your buck at the moment. You can sacrifice in the CPU department.. or well, could.. if it wasn't a pre-built
- you don't need cooling fans for your hard drive
- don't buy a wireless card for gaming
- you don't need to buy an internal USB hub. Every motherboard comes with a ton of USB connections
- that crossfire motherboard is a waste with a single card, but.. pre-built. If you're only going with a single GPU, you can spend less than a hundred bucks on a motherboard
By cutting out a couple of those things, you can put that money towards a GTX 670, and not sure what your sound solution is, but you may want to consider a good headset or headphones and a mic.

I am overclocking by 10%. The water cooling system was cheap so I went with it. This whole setup listed is running me about 1200$I don't know which motherboard that is but judging by the name it's a crossfire (amd) based board which I don't think is necessary with one card. You won't need liquid cooling either unless you're going to be overclocking the processor and I don't think you would have to overclock it anyway.

So the I5 2500k is better than the 3570k? As for the other replies, I'm not building myself. This is how I'm doing it. I am simply asking if this is a good setup to run any game I want and if you guys have suggestions as for what to change, thanks though. The GPU is ok but could be much better.

So I've been a console gamer my whole life but I've finally decided to get a gaming computer, I'm ordering it from Cyberpowerpc.com. I am going to list the specs and I just want to know if it will be able to play pretty much any game and not be outdated for a year. Thanks in advance for the replies!
