The CDP Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) is an amazing Texture Pack that replaces the Vanilla textures of Minecraft with new and much more creative ones. I found it incredibly great to use, the textures tiling and shading well even at it’s smaller resolution of 16x. Not many Texture Pack’s can achieve something so unique and well developed as this one. The textures have all been created with great detail. I enjoyed using the textures inside this Texture Pack as they were well shaded and tiled with each other. I think that sometimes Texture Pack’s can ruin the textures by adding in too much simplicity. However, with the low resolution, even as the pack has been made with simplicity it manages to hold a unique amount of detail.

The Jamesbaseball12′s Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) is quite cool. The artist has decided to create a Texture Pack that stays very similar to the Default Texture Pack. The only difference this time is that the textures have been designed at a high; 128×128 resolution. This means, because of the new resolution, and the experienced artist, the Texture Pack is extremely detailed and looks very realistic compared to the Default Texture Pack. The new textures that replace the textures of the Default Texture Pack have all been remade with the new resolution. It looks incredible and it allows the users to easily identify the textures as well as get a change. Take caution when going to try and run this Texture Pack as it’s high resolution will cause significant lag increase, and your FPS will drop. Make sure you know that your computer can run Texture Pack’s such as this, or simply check your current FPS in game without the Texture Pack. To do this, press F3 when in a world. Look up at the top left of your Minecraft tab and view FPS: (number). The higher the number the better. If it’s already low, do not try to run this Texture Pack, unless you wish to cope with some kind of FPS lag.

Stevian Villagers Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) - The texture pack is a GREAT discovery that our team has found recently. The Author of this texture pack loves and keeps faithful to the look of vanilla Minecraft, however as many find, the villagers are quite ugly, with their large noses and incredible mono-brows The Artist of this texture pack has fixed the problem. The texture pack doesn’t change anything in the game except the villagers, making them looking more like Steve and more friendly looking to the person. The texture pack remained in low resolution which is 16×16, so no need of mcpatcher this time.

This texture pack is made with the idea of handmade textures but also making sure it has a different style from the very popular LB Photo Realism. Kool-Aid Kraft Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) - The Kool-Aid Craft Texture pack is a very simple cartoon texture pack for Minecraft. If you are looking for a simple experience, this is what you will want! At its current state, it isn’t finished, but it still has some really nice simple textures for you to look at while playing Minecraft, so your eyes don’t hurt. There are some sizable problems with this texture pack in my opinion, but it still is worth your while to check out this texture pack. Many of the textures seen in this pack seem as if they are ripped straight from the OCD Texture pack(A personal Favorite), making it hard for me to take it seriously.

JapangaCraft Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) is made by the developer: ‘MCJapanga’. He has claimed to be working on this pack on the side for a little bit of a long time, and after much deliberation he has decided to complete it and release it for personal use, and I am glad he did. This texture pack is beautifully created, and although it is only 16×16, its minimal detail and luminous colouring has made this one of the stand out texture packs of this year!
